• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Products with a plastic seal can only be returned if the seal remains unopened. Once the plastic seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return.
• If a product is returned with the seal broken, a refund will not be issued. Customers wishing to have the product returned to them will need to cover the shipping costs.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

• There are no "final sale" items; all products are eligible for returns, provided they meet the criteria outlined above.

 

Processing Time
